Once your order has been handed off to our shipping carriers, your package's estimated arrival time depends on your specific delivery location:

3. Order Cancellations and Changes

We understand that plans can change. If you notice an error in your order details or wish to cancel your purchase:

  • If your parcel has already been processed and dispatched to the courier after this initial window, we will be unable to halt or adjust the shipment. However, you can easily initiate a standard return once the package arrives at your home, subject to our Refund & Return Policy.

4. Address Accuracy & Deliveries

Please review your shipping details carefully during checkout. HomesEvolved cannot be held liable for packages that become permanently undeliverable due to incomplete, inaccurate, or incorrect addresses provided at the time of purchase. If you spot a typo in your confirmation email, please reach out to our team within 24 hours so we can adjust it before dispatch.
