2. Estimated Shipping & Delivery Windows

Once your order has been handed off to our regional shipping carriers, your package's estimated arrival time depends on your specific delivery location:

  • Standard Regional Delivery: Generally takes 7 to 12 business days from the date of shipment.

  • Delivery Delays: While we align with trusted couriers to ensure timely arrivals, structural transit delays can occasionally happen due to extreme weather conditions, high carrier volume, or custom processing gates. We appreciate your patience during these rare events.

3. Order Cancellations and Changes

We understand that plans can change. If you notice an error in your order details or wish to cancel your purchase:

  • Please contact us immediately at support@homesevolved.com within 24 hours of placing your order.

  • If your parcel has already been processed and dispatched into the courier stream after this initial window, we will be unable to halt or adjust the shipment. However, you can easily initiate a standard return once the package arrives at your home, subject to our Refund & Return Policy.

4. Address Accuracy & Deliveries

Please review your shipping details carefully during checkout. HomesEvolved cannot be held liable for packages that become permanently undeliverable due to incomplete, inaccurate, or incorrect addresses provided at the time of purchase. If you spot a typo in your confirmation email, please reach out to our team within 24 hours so we can adjust it before dispatch.
